Another $1000 in the Hole

Well, the heap is fixed. Apparently, a bad plug wire shorted out the ignition module and the coils, which then damaged the starter. If I understood my mechanic correctly. So we had to replace the starter, the coils, the ignition module, and the plug wire --- plus, it was 150 miles overdue for an oil... Sign in to see full entry.
