Feeling Kinda Down Today

Partly because of the death of my friend. (See my Inspirations blog for that story.) Partly because I have to nick $800 from the budget to fix the car... it did need a tune-up and brake shoes as well as the oil change....plus my mechanic says that the tires I've been babying along for the past six... Carless for Half a Day

I remember today how much I hate the feeling of helplessness and isolation that comes when you are without personal transportation. My car is in the shop for a checkup and oil change, and I had to rely on someone else to get me home from dropping off the car and then to the office. And someone else... Sign in to see full entry.
