Letting Go of Tobacco

Letting Go of Tobacco At age 73, it was time to quit. Got tired of coughing at bedtime And upon arising. My legs and feet began tingling From poor circulation. My lungs cried out for clean air. Quitting is easy, Once one decides. ***** Yet, for me tobacco has been a powerful ally. Like my Native friends, I have offered prayer through my smoke. So, it is just as easy for me to start.
