The Spider and the Fly A spider and a fly met in a widow well one day. Said the spider to the fly, "I fear I may be swallowed by you." "Not so," replied the fly. "It is I that should fear, for it is I who may be your dinner." "But, you have seen so much of the world and I am wedded to this window corner. Your vast experience threatens to overwhelm me."
