Begin Each Day with Estaughforallah

The Muslims have a great concept of forgiveness in the word, 'estaughforallah'. The word means 'forgive me'. Arabic speaking people use the word every day like we would use the word 'excuse me'. But the word has a deeper literal meaning which is something like, 'forgive the intrusion of my ego and help me get it out of your way'.
