Sunsets with Beloveds

Sunsets with Beloveds When I lived on The Standing Rock Reservation, my beloved friends would gather every evning to watch the sunset in silence. We sat in awe as the painting morph ed in pastel hues of orange, green, blue, pink, and grey. There were no judgments or suggestions to change the shifting colors.
