Apparently, I am not the only woman who is stubborn or has has to start over several times in my family. My aunt Sue told me that it wasn't something I should be ashamed of. Should I believe this? When she told me about how we come from pioneer women and I have a very strong combination in my blood, I chuckled and said, "Oh, I guess I am doomed." Miracuously, my Grandma pulled through. The doctors didn't expect her to live long, they thought she was going to die from congestive heart failure. She didn't, she survived. We don't know how it is going to proceed but there is now hope. She will be released from the hospital soon and will go to a rehabilitation center.
