Who is the public anyway? Do you mean our citizens? Did all the Canadians or Americans know they were onto the group that was ready to kill masses of people? Of course not. Had they known that they would have lost the ability to nab the perps and all would be a bust or a different kind. New York Times thinks it is the "Book of Life".
