SOMETIMES JUST A CHANGE IN ATTITUDE CHANGES A LOT
I have not felt well at all for six days now. I have given in to my feelings and spent a good portion in bed. I am doing all I am expected to do from my doctor still this week too often the bp has hovered around 200/100 and that is a danger zone. I have spent a lot of time praying and resting. Finally I decided not to worry. I am doing all that appears to be available for me to do about it. Those numbers do not last for days just hours in the day. If they went for days I would go to the...
