THINGS ARE GETTING A BIT TIGHT AROUND HERE
I could use a whole farm of Basil. Today I did my Pestos. They are not original people have eaten pesto I suppose for a very long time. I did; however, put a new twist on mine. I used pecans instead of pine nuts and I used Canola Oil rather than Olive. I love Olive Oil but it spoils easily and doesn't refrigerate well. This was so absolutely good, light and the color was a lovely lighter but pure green. I have just harvested my garlic and it was so clear and fresh in this. I wanted to assure...
