CAN YOU SAY EVIL?

It seems on May 18, 1927 a man named Andrew Kehoe, a member of the Bath Township, Michigan school board killed and injured more people than the evil killer at Virginia Tech. This man had to be totally evil. A school tax had been levied it. He alleged the additional taxes put him into financial ruin. His farm was to be foreclosed.
