Of course kissing is the perfect way to begin the New Year! Do your very best to have forgiveness in your heart for all those who have wronged you. Now I am not suggesting you forgive them of their sin...Only God can do that, not me, you or the priest. But we can forgive them in an earthly manner for what they did to us not how that effected God. You know forgiveness is not for the person who wronged you; again that is for God to deal with.
