A DAY OR SO IN MY LIFE! WHO CARES? for Monday, June 12, 2017

George was 100% the doctor took him off meds. He lost 19 pounds and was doing very well. I had meds reduced and had lost 12 pounds. Wow we were both so excited. This has to be short because I have so much yet to do around here. We worked in our garden beds today and will do more tomorrow. I will read you day after tomorrow and will be back then I must go finish up tonight. This way of eating just taste better. I have not eaten a bite of meat or cooked food for one whole month. My stove has not been turned on. I don't know how much I have lost but some clothing is getting a big saggy one me. George has lost as well. We are loving the meals as well. We are doing a back yard garden without any digging, just layers of compost, hay and compost layer after layer and the first bed is growing so well.
