It appears it is always bill paying time around my house. I hate it if I have to pay a penalty for being late etc.. Apparently last month I let the power bill fall through the tracks. Did not believe it when I gt a second notice to pay with a penalty. Friday night I ran down and put the check including the late fee into the night deposit.
