Good afternoon from Cleveland

It's been freezing this morning. It's only twelve degrees now, and tomorrow the bitter cold will be back. I put on a sweatshirt and a sweater this morning. I just can't warm up. This is the coldest morning yet. It was minus 15, and they said there was no wind blowing; it wasn't wind chill, that's the temperature.
