Yesterday, I braved Metro-North, Swine Flu be damned, to get to NYC for Pete's 90th Bash at Madison Square Garden. When tickets went on sale a month or so ago, I was lucky to get one - they sold out in one day. My friend and I sat high above left stage - in the last permanent row. But, owing to the...
