Edwin Trasman

Edwin Traisman, a food scientist who helped standardize McDonald’s French fries and develop Cheez Whiz for Kraft Foods, as well as researching the risks of E. coli bacteria, died Tuesday June 6,2007 in Madison, Wis. Anthony De Santis

Anthony De Santis, who, as the head of the Drury Lane theatre empire, which once totaled five bustling theatres, was a leading force in Chicago theater over the past 50 years, died on Tuesday June 6,2007 He was 93.
