Phil Rizzuto

Former Yankee shortstop Phil Rizzuto has died at age 89. At the time of his death, he was the oldest living Hall of Famer. He was not the big star that, say, Mickey Mantle or Yogi Berra were. In fact, he was the last of that group to make the Hall of Fame. But he was well-remembered by all who knew... Sign in to see full entry.
