That Big Outage

Yesterday, Location A's POS system went down. We were able to work around it. We tried calling the company, but their phoneline kept giving an error message. What was going on here? Training Matt

Matt has been training at Location A the past two Saturdays. He likes working there. Bruce says he is doing well. I am glad that the training is going so well. Jeff's Diagnosis
