Leaving Location A
Dad will be leasing Location A to the oil company. The two sides signed a new fifteen year agreement the other day. The agreement gives Dad the option to lease Location A to the oil company and to get out. The caveat is that he must provide six months notice. Dad intends to give his notice in April....
