CONFLICT, CONFLICT, CONFLICT... CAN THE WORLD OR CAN WE EVER AVOID???????

Over the last two weeks, I enjoyed myself with high school classmates at our reunion and connected with friends in my area of which I had lost contact due to spending time at home and on the computer. About this Blog

After years as an educator, serving as a teacher and administrator, I have experienced profoundly the focus of my dissertation. I looked at conflict resolution in an elementary school setting. As an individual, initially I did not realize the impact of early learning (in the home) and the real impact on student learning. It is clear now after observing and seeing the dysfunctional behavior prevalent in all aspects of society. This blog will serve as a place to share and receive information that can benefit many in a reciprocal way.
