I have been away again dealing with family issues. After all that I had with my brother, now my mom is more aggressive toward her granddaughters, my daughter-in-law, hers and my cousin's husband. About this Blog

After years as an educator, serving as a teacher and administrator, I have experienced profoundly the focus of my dissertation. I looked at conflict resolution in an elementary school setting. As an individual, initially I did not realize the impact of early learning (in the home) and the real impact on student learning. It is clear now after observing and seeing the dysfunctional behavior prevalent in all aspects of society.
