WHAT IS IT ABOUT MIDDLE LEVEL SUPERVISION THAT DRAWS HITS FROM EVERYWHERE??

I cannot understand why middle level managers and supervisors seem to get targeted from those above and those below! What is the basis behind this abnormal and irregular behavior? About this Blog

After years as an educator, serving as a teacher and administrator, I have experienced profoundly the focus of my dissertation. I looked at conflict resolution in an elementary school setting. As an individual, initially I did not realize the impact of early learning (in the home) and the real impact on student learning. It is clear now after observing and seeing the dysfunctional behavior prevalent in all aspects of society. This blog will serve as a place to share and receive information that can benefit many in a reciprocal way.
