It was evident that Herbert fancied himself as quite the Ladies' Man. Skinny, pale-skinned, with uncontrollable strawberry blond wavy hair and smallish blue eyes, this individual had undoubtedly at one time had his ego inflated by someone....inflated in such a way that it had never deflated back...
