Did Adam Lambert Lose On American Idol Because He Might Be Gay?

I don't watch American Idol....but I did watch last night because of the controversy I have been seeing on some of the news channels.......The two finalists are total opposites of one another.......Adam Lambert, to say the least, is extremely flashy!
