I worked long into the night on my current story line and still woke up about my normal time. Besides the personal sense of urgency, I want to enter this story in a contest that has multiple cash prizes that closes entries on March 17th, one week away. I'm closing down for the night, but I've hit 40,000 words in my story. It's a syrupy love story, but it was how it was, or I guess how I saw it and remember it. I feel a bit saggy today. I don't feel bad and I slept well, I just don't feel any spark to keep moving. Winter time blues maybe or perhaps the memories I'm stirring in my story. Probably both. I was moved and motivated today. I managed to get a bit over 7000 words done. Not an all time high, but up there. My best one day effort was about 12,000 words. I've worked on and off all day to add another 4,000 words to my story. I think I'm at 26,500 right now. Not bad for less than three weeks of effort. It was nine above last night, but it is on its way to 36 today. I went out for a short walk and feel better for doing so, but I almost hit the end of my physical rope, and that was a mistake. Dreaming
