Hi, Bren

I get the feeling you and Wiley are tag-teaming me.  Oh well, I'll behave long enough to tell you I loved the card you sent.  It gave me a warmer buzz than the cheap wine I'm drinking.

I've always loved science fiction since I was such a little shaver that I was too young to shave.  I agree that Somewhere in Time is a nice story.  I also like Guns of the South, Wells' original The Time Machine, and the many games that Heinlein plays with time travel and suspended animation in stories such as All You Zombies, and The Door Into Summer.  I read a great many different things, including a lot of Clyde Edgerton's humorous southern life novels, but there's nothing quite like the fix you get from good science fiction.  I'll have to pick up on that in Arts & Entertainment.

Hi, Wiley
I promise to behave since you're watching.  I know that's no fun -- that's why I only behave while someone is watching.  Hope everything is going well with you, my friend.
