Sounds like a good visit in spite of it all, and yes, Outlander is mesmerizing. i hope all is well with our Kabu.

Oops! Maybe the Outlander has our Kabu so enthralled that she hasn't posted since she got home? Which she did, safe and sound and hopefully rested, last Friday. It warmed my heart when Wiley remembered who I was after you told him, and we mentioned where we met (on Blogit) and where I lived and, of course, my pitbulls. I realized later that, poor fellow, I was not only wearing the obligatory mask but also my sunglasses! DUH! Make it easy on the poor fellow, why don't I? The smile in his eyes as we chatted was a joy to see!

You know, dear, that I have read every one of Diana Gabaldon's books and I just love Outlander. I think she is absolutely brilliant as a writer and a physician. I have watched the series but when it got to bloody I had to break from it. The reason the series is so true to the books, I think, is because she retained a bit of control there. Good for her. Enjoy, and enjoy the Bush and relax.

I haven't watch that one, but I will check it out.
We just finished three series of "The Crown." Netflix is the best. We get ours for free through our oldest daughter's account. My hubby was caught up with Cobra Kai, but he finished up the last of that series as well. I am waiting for more episodes of Frankie & Grace, but due to COVID, they held off filming more.

I've not read these books or watched the show. I do have Netflix. I'm wondering how many seasons it was on? It sounds like a good show.
