Oh, that's so scary. One of my biggest fears, now that age has
slowed my joints and reflexes, is that I'll break a hip and end up in a nursing home. Hoping the ice and snow melt soon and we can feel more sure-footed.

So glad you didn't break anything.
Falling is scary. I turned over in bed Friday night but the bed wasn't there. Scared Me, Rick and Peaches. got a big bruise on my knee. Been catching up with you and Wiley. Respite care is so hard. Not so much for Wiley, he dosen't remember. However for you I know how you feel. But remember if you are on a plane, you have to use the 02 mask first so you can care for others. I slept for 3 days Richard's second respite. The first I left him with a phone. Bad move. He called me all hours of the day and night.
I am sending Love and Light to surround you and Wiley for strength and peace of mind to meet whatever the next leg of your journey holds. May your road be filled with grace and ease. I know your love for Wiley will carry you through to whatever path lies before you.
You were my saving grace when I was caring for Richard.

This is terrible. I am glad you are okay and hope you didn't sustain any serious injuries. You poor lady. When it rains it pours. May there be sunshine and light in your life soon.

Oh lord! I hope that you are alright. Those types of falls are hard on the body. I fell the other day and got road rash on my palms.
