Beautifully said, and sometimes there are words when grief's thievery takes our words, and you have found them. Comfort is a difficult offering, but you have done the job. Love the last phrase. And I know, like you, when given the choice, Spirit Sister, breathe!

Thank you so much, Dear Ted..so much heart pain around me of late - a good friend's husband took his leave from earth unexpectedly, now an uncle whose wife passed..I try to comfort by telling them of what I experienced when I was presented with the choice of staying or leaving and words to verse also start flowing through my mind. Not sure if any of it actually helps them, but it's my fumbling way of trying.
