In principle I'm all for testing teachers' qualifications, but it needs to be done fairly, and not the way they seem to be springing it on you...

Annicita - Not really a signed contract, but a letter of employment that we get somewhere between Sept & Oct - well after we have began work. And they are very careful to include "can and will make changes without notice." Aren't they a lovely group?

don't all of you have a signed contract? if so i don't think they can pull off...maybe if you all go on strike or something...

Wonder what would happen if you all just Worked to rule or something
like that...maybe see a lawyer. It is a horrid year so far for you and I am so sorry.
