Have you thought about finding other employment elsewhere!!! I've been in situations like this when one or more of the supervisors are a (&&^*(^(&*.......... and no one likes them but usually, in the end, they either quit or move on to higher ambitions; which would be lucky for you and your co-workers!! Maybe you could look for a job for HIM without him knowing and make him think he is wasting his time here when there's bigger fish (jobs) to catch!

that was quite unfair of the principal to give a survey like that and then be upset with the results ....if you dont want to know you shouldnt ask
