I make pretty good scones too, including some variations on a theme! I think that painting over disasters is where you learn the most - stretch your boundaries and learn more, that's where the fun lies

Good news on the book front Kabu, it is a lot of effort, but it gives one a thrill to sell them.
I usually buy Yorkshire Tea they do soft or hard water taste. I really would like to get used to green tea it has so many good qualities, but it is a bit raw. One has to
persevere. I love creamy cakes but you know how it is getting ready for a photo session very tempted to air brush the result , I have decided as I only got seven requests, I would cut off a part of the legs what do you think cobber.

The wildflowers are so beautiful. The tea, the coffee what ever sounds wonderful. Peace, joy and the love of your life makes anything wonderful. I would like to see you paint on small pieces of fix-er-up furniture. Bet it would look great...

Lovely flowers from our own gardens that you planted. I am going to make scones for us to have with tea, my Earl Grey and your Herb tea. Good we got out and worked today, I feel better.

The wildflowers are the perfect accompaniment for scones
with strawberry jam and cream. I'm about ready to test my gluten-sensitivity by eating a blueberry scone tomorrow morning - I picked it up at the Panera bakery yesterday. If it causes tummy trubbles, well, maybe it will be worth it.
The rain is such a blessing after our long drought - lots of things blooming again. :)
