This has been such a typical scene in my house, I CAN identify with it.

I've heard there are poisons that can kill mice without an odor left behind, but I do not know if they would hurt Mr. G.

I would not want a mouse, not even Mickey Mouse, lol, in my house! sam

Kabuiepie-;)

A great post, love your legs with the mouse scampering up one of them, but it was pretty lucky all that I tossed into the toilet was mousey without your leg. LOL

General Lee is my resident rodent hunter.  He has also chased bats, baby rabbits, and squirrels as well as the usual fare.

That's a lot of rodent excitement there...Good thing for Charlie Chipmunk that Mr. Graysome is kept indoors.

I'm sorry but this is hilarious! Glad to know you all survived.

Obviously the mouse was in "fight or flight" mode! Hey, you'd scramble around like a nut too if someone was trying to suck you up into a giant vacuum cleaner! I guess Mr. Graysome was the "cat"alyst for all the trouble!

One little mouse being set upon by three Stooges - It's not fair! Poor little mousey...

It was a three stooges movie, as described, or a Marx Brothers

farce, with mass confusion and Canuck terminology. Oh, I could just see you, with Mr. G clinging to the shower curtain.  Too funny!

Kabu

I have never laughed so at a post. I am rolling on the floor I can see and hear all of it. Glad I was some thousands of miles away on that one. Oh how funny. Great post, so well written it was a painting of words.

Hi kabu how did the mouse get indoors in the first place, that's what we would like to know. I really liked the calm way you dealt with the situation. Many a woman would have stood on a chair and shrieked. Perhaps you could train Mr G to drop articles into a box it would save a lot of stress.

Love the movie you painted with your words

I had a cat who was known for bringing me birds as a daily offering of his affection and placed them under the bed.
