Go to A DAY OR SO IN MY LIFE! WHO CARES?

- Go to Oh Well~
For a year or so now, I have had those sleepy spells. They come upon me at the drop of a hat and often. I zonk out for an hour or so at a time. I go and do, but the going and the doing wear me out much moreso than used to be. I have decided just to go with the flow--do what I feel like doing when I feel like doing it and nap when the need for it hits me. Actually, it's not a bad way to live at my age, but it does make me feel a bit useless and unproductive.

i am disgustingly healthy....my doctor says he has never had a patient my
age before with such good numbers...but darling when i have been out there mowing the lawn for a couple of hours...I need a very quiet sleepy week to follow. We are just older and you could never be boring to me never ever.

I like George even though I have not met him. I wonder if it is like Polymyalgia. I had that a few years ago and could hardly stagger around. Yes you must build up your strength before the Winter comes. I think you will be all right in time Justi

Justi, you are NOT boring. I guess the potassium was not the answer after all? I'm sure George is aware that this is not your usual habit, and wants you just to feel better asap!
