I dare say, your solution is much better and tastier. Sinome's tips on Miami restaurants are great and I will add as we go along. When you come to Miami you will be well prepared.

Nautikos
Now I'd just leave out the steaks and make do with the booze and that's that.

Naut
Did you say you were about to publish your paper on the drinking of any sort of good booze with good grilling stuff?

My Mann will be so happy when I tell that what he's been doing all these years (the marinating stuff before the BarB) is actually good for our health!

I like my steaks a bit crispish on the outside, so I'll go with your method...Mal

Hi Naut
But only the everyday plonk of course Naut - unless you are drinking it instead.  Is that last part scientifically proven btw?   I guess we'll know by the time we're 90 and still alive...

Sounds good to me too but I got a question  I knew about Salmonella and Ecoli and all the other little pesky bugs that are out there... but what the heck are HAS?

So, I guess you use red wine with beef, white wine with turkey
and Jim Beam with pork. Not that I'm an expert at grilling. (Lacey D)

Of course, being health aware, we go for the booze! LMAO!

Ha! Sounds good to me!
Although I prefer to drink my wine and beer without the steak too...it works just as well!
