My heart goes out to you. Death wakes in my life all too often and I have yet to make sense of any of it. I know what you mean about schedules turning on a dime, mine does also. I love reading your blog when you post. I have the benefit of my former career that keeps me disciplined to write, post and read. I like your blog because it is honest and from the heart! I know you read me when you have time and I appreciate it very much! If you are too busy just drop me a calling card. It is most important to me that someone says hello. I am sorry about your friend's son. I know the devastation for my best friend lost his son to a drug overdose at age 17. Damn those drugs! sam

You can do it right now, right here. You should. Who says you can write about the good things of life only. You can write about your pain, sorrows, disappointments, failures as well. It will make people appreciate life better.
Joys are fleeting but pain is our constant companion. I want to share the sorrows as much as I would like to celebrate your successes, your achievements. Love.
