Yes,KaHae, that is probably true for a lot of western countries and if they have  a good social system, let's hope they use the taxes to take care of the elderly and needy.

With good planning Nautikos, you don't have to. But it is not a bad idea to sell one house and buy the most luxurious caravan and move around in it.

Good idea, but if I want to buy the most expensive car ever produced, I have to sell my house and a lot of other stuff, and then live in it...

Some countries - like France?? - have an inheritance tax which soaks up most of the money left to family members, I've read.  Perhaps that's why the French seem to enjoy the pleasures of life more?  Vive la France!
