shed some light- a poem dedicated to dark mistress
8/27 2007 a poem by Tammie Anderson
Light
Light is pressing on me urging me to shed on you
dark.
your pain swallows me words taken in
read
works fiction
not likely painted
of deep pain like the cacti
prick spine digging into a vein
pouring gushing
the love from your soul
wishing you light
love
in your dark journey
light
life is not that dark
there is also light
seek out your light
fellow poet
I wish you light©

Re: robiblue
I'm so sorry to hear about your current situation. I sincerely hope you find someone to share your life with that will love you and your baby respectfully.

fact or fiction story
I am amazed by this. it its very good and it makes alot of sense. i know what it feels like to be that girl. i have a baby and no man to love. i really related to the whole teenage part about attention but your right it all becomes false love in the end. thank you for this.

Angel--fact or fiction--you've written very well indeed! Chris.

angel - Despite the disclaimer, there's a lot of truth in here as some
people are like that.

Spence....
I meant to say the promiscuous parts
weren't. I really have to learn to spellcheck my comments before I leave them...night, sweet dreams!

All the same, Angel, it was well written and that is the main thing. Gotta
crash, talk soon. Nigh, night!

Spence...
only some of this was truthful to me. Obviously the "promiscuous" parts were. But yes, I'm hoping that I do recognise true love when it knocks...or at least it gives we a good wallop around the side of the head to wake me up!

Angel - this is deep stuff. I pray you allow yourself true love one day wh
en it does eventually knock on the door.
