Wow!
This is amazing!!! I love making jams and preserves as well. One thing you don't get in India is good jars (seal proof) like the mason jars in your photograph. This year, because of untimely rains, we lost a lot of fruit in the mountains (peaches, plums, apricots, pears). So, I did not do preserves this year. However, I am doing some raw mango chutney right now. Thanks for sharing.

I would love to do some canning and preserving! We have blackberries all around the house. I am hoping to do something with them . . . right, after staining the house.
