It is very interesting -- and gratifying -- to see
how we can share literally from around the world. Blog It is somewhat of a microcosm of the rest of the world, but I think it does reflect an aspect of globalization -- and this post sort of put that in a new light. Thanks for the observation!

Afzal, Carl Jung said there are no coincidences...that we( as I understand
his concepts)find and connect with each other through the mind of God...universal consciousness. I find it fascinating that out of all the writing websites available, out of all the Bloggers online, out of all the members of Blogit...some of us have connected. What are the odds...astronomical I would say...I believe Carl Jung was on to something!
My husband, Max, hears all about my Blogging buddies; he is familiar with all of you, too. He'll ask, "What's up with so and so", "What's going on in India today? Canada?" "What's the latest news from Austrailia? New Zealand"? It's really pretty amazing when we stop to think about it!

I have made the mistake of placing too much importance on this. Now I just do it when everyone is asleep. It can be a great place to share with friends, but it can take over one's life. Nicely written.

Afzal...
It is fascinating how much we impact one another despite how far away we are. I think it's great that you share so many of us (and the stories of our lives) with your friends and loved ones there!
I also agree with you in regard to the impact of writing...I believe, very deeply, that some of the things written here help nameless and faceless others along their journey - whether we hear about it directly or not!
