Geri ~ Thanks for your comment. The important thing is that it's a waste of time for me, personally; I used to enjoy writing funny posts here, but in the long run they were only targeted for a very small audience (Blogit) but worthless as far as published material goes, which is what I focus on now. My published material got nearly no reads here...it's just the nature of an Internet audience versus a print audience. So, my goals are better served by spending time on non-Blogit material.

Tammie ~ First, let me recognize your obvious brilliance.
You and.....shoot, someone else here, I think a couple of years ago, seem pretty impressed with my diatribes. And I couldn't agree with you more, which is why I never waste time writing here any longer.
I' have work that's paid-n-published, on paper and everything, and have a book in the hands of an agent that looks pretty darned promising, so I stay focused on that kind of thing. I see you're almost-sorta a Baptist....I used to write religeous satire, and almost always in the Baptist vein. Actually, my very first published work was one of those articles, which was bought by a religious satire magazine. Reasonable facsimilies of some of them are over in my Reverend Doc Fish blog.

I've been to Cocoa and TitusV several times. Buy now! If you're planning on buying. Bought my condo 5 years ago at less than 200K, now they're selling for upwards of 750K. The 'South Florida' spread is moving north up the coast. Where'd you live before '94?

I have several friends who live up there ~
One of them needed a hand with some electrical work so I drove up yesterday. I've spent quite a bit of time there....used to own a place there before I moved to Florida in 1994. It's a great place. I hope to move up that way within a few years...just too darned congested here in South Florida. Probably will get a place further north, like between Cocoa and Titusville.

Well, if you consider he spends 20 hours a day sitting at his computer, blathering away about how much he adores he beloved, how difficult it is to, you know, be married to someone who's NOT his beloved, what a struggle it is to scratch together $12, how terribly confusing it can be to write an email to the admin folks at Blogit, and actually suckering morons into paying his membership fee for him....yes, I'd say his love-life is doing pretty well.
