I have experienced this bond many times in my life...and as Justi says in many directions.
No I am not upset over anything...I am not feeling all that great today..Maybe tomorrow will be better...at least I hope so.

This is an excellent post. I know this bond from many directions. It is such a shame that anywhere on earth has thousands of unwanted children or that a world has aborted 40,000,000 children. OMG

Afzal, when U visited my haiku today, I was editing. Inspired by bird noise
--because these sounds marking territory are not so much musical as aggressive voices telling other birds to keep away from future nest sites. I have seen these lovely midgets fight too....

Very powerful thoughts & truths.Recently I prayed a friend would forgive me
--he was in school with me for many eyars, but as classes and subject choices in high school changed, we were separated and together off and on. He was, clearly now, loyal. once when I was attacked by 2-3 students after school and I would not fight (I was already practising nonviolence) this friend,a lso Neil, fended off the blows and took it all for me. I kept away from him for one reason, thinking he was trying to set me up with a girl. I was not interested in love, girls and marriage then, and I felt i had been insulted. He remained loyal the restof the time...he may even have studied in Michigan. But I lost touch with him, because I did not value his friendship. Iprayed to God that this friend could forgive my oversight. As I grow older, I treasure such spiritual connections. He never questioned my beliefs or any decision I made, just supported me, and my suspicion he tried to set me up with that cute girl, remains only that. No proof. What a fool I had been with this spiritual friendship. I have had only one other that was as close, my uncle who is a year older than me, but my friend Neil is a saint in the comparison. Wonderful post, sweetheart.
Having this type of bond is a wonderful thing. Not everyone has a chance to experience. It takes opening of your heart and mind, and sometimes even practice.
It takes a heart that is loving. You can't have hate in your heart to experience it.
