The present
the present and the present! Because the present is the GIFT. The past is gone (we can only learn from it) and the future is unknown (no need to be anxious or worry about it). Living in the past and future prevents us from living in the present.

The moment you are currently living is all there is.
The rest is a dream.

Shelly, Haha...it's just to talk....privately.
Nothing bad. Just as not to put a whole uninteresting conversation out here in the middle of blogit. Though I think I may post about it anyway.

It's not there either. I don't know why some take so long, and others don't

Reading your post made me realise that sometimes I slip into the past
and at other times I am so much in the present that I just don't know think of anything else and yet at other times, I am dreaming about myself in the future.
Will you believe it? Usually these dreams just materialise. What do they call it? Telepathy is the word that adequately expresses it.

In the morning, I like to live in future, thinking that I got to get to
work. Once I am there live at present means realty. At home in the past, because time to think.......this at eve.

I try to focus on the NOW, which means today. The past is gone, and the future can not happen without the NOW. As long as I am in the now, I am fairly ok.
It's kinda like living day by day, and dealing with things as they come.

Good Question
Actually, I tend to think of time as a continuous stream, thus past, present, future are a seamless flow. As if on a river bank, and you stare at a point in the river, by the time the image returns to you, it is no more.....

A lot of the past is painful, but the present is dull, and who knows what the future will bring, I just hope it will be kind
