To answer your question, mostly yes. What I spoke of at the beginning, the meltdowns which arrive out of the blue, that is a sporadic experience. What I wrote about at the end of the poem is pretty much a constant. So maybe we ought to go to couples counseling?

When did you write this? Do you still feel this way? The reason I ask is that I also feel exactly the same way. I haven't been in therapy for a long time. Maybe we need to go.
