Mummy
I used a nutcracker last night, and it worked.  And the nutmeg tea not only got rid of my headache, but also calmed my upset tummy and my nerves.  I was actually able to sleep really well after I drank it!  I'm going to have to do that more often!  Plus it was yummy!

A headache is a sign that sex is on the way.  Just endure it and enjoy the outcome.

Three ways to "crush" a nutmeg
I usually use a microplane grater to grate my nutmeg instead of crushing it for tea. Sometimes I get out my nutmeg grater, which looks like a pepper mill but has three big prongs to hold the seed---a weak seed can be crushed instead of grated in the mill (usually by accident). When I want big hunks, I pull out my marble mortar and pestle and bang the heck out of the seed. It takes a few hard whacks, but eventually the seed will crush.

How does one crush nutmeg?

Them suckers is hard!  I grate fresh nutmeg onto my homemade eggnog and know that nutmeg is one solid seed!

The rosemary tea one I love.  Been using it ever since you first told me about it.  Works wonders!  Now I wanna try the nutmeg one but am afraid of crushing my fingers rather than the nutmeg--though crushing one's fingers is on your list too.  Hey now!  Two for the price of one!  Cool!

Sorry I couldn't get past the first one. You should have made it last.
