Just because someone says something...

doesn't make it true.  EminemsRevenge is not blogging under different accounts.  I know this because I know who ER is, and so do the Blogit-staff.  I'm sure some of the other old timers know who he is, too.

You'll have to check your deleted records for that proof.  He has, of course, deleted the comments where he made those admissions.  It would be in the last two days under the names mentioned below.

T-99,
I understand what you're saying and I personally believe the said bloggers to be the same person (and maybe even more than just those three accounts.)  What I think Blogit staff is saying in their responses is that they need proof of him admitting to having these other accounts..."An example of proof would be a link to (or copy of) relevant posts and/or comments where the person made the admission. If you have such proof, please provide it to us..." They probably need that to document their reasoning of banning him for their records.

Your post states that EminemsRevenge admitted that his other accounts are Possum and tpsen. An example of proof would be a link to (or copy of) relevant posts and/or comments where the person made the admission. If you have such proof, please provide it to us, since it may influence any future action we take.

We believe the rules are quite clear, as described in the Conduct Policy and the Terms of Use. The process itself is described on the Policy Violations help page. If you have specific feedback on either of these, e.g. how the guidelines could be made more "concrete", please feel free to provide it.

Thank you.

What assumptions am I posting as fact?  He *admitted* he has other accounts.  That's not an assumption.  You banned three people because they were considered "one account" by you, yet have not banned the multiple accounts of someone who blatantly stated online that they are his.

I want to know what your criteria are for deciding who to ban.   As *I* have stated before, we need to know this.  I got nothing but the runaround from you LAST time on this subject, and I would like an answer.  So far the rules appear to be rather arbitrary, and I'd like some concrete guidelines.

Policy violation reports are carefully handled following the process described on the Policy Violations help page. If you have observed a policy violation by one of these members, please let us know.

As we've mentioned to you in the past, posting assumptions as fact -- without proof -- is not appropriate. In addition, we will not disclose confidential identity information about other Blogit members.

Thank you.
