Thanks for stopping by again. I admire your will power. The longest I've ever kicked the smoking habit was six months. As far as my blogging habit goes, I'm not quitting. I'm just redirecting my focus and cutting back on the time I devote to it. Its a matter of necessity -- my daily take from blogging isn't enough to buy three smokes, much less a decent meal. But, like my smoking, I don't plan to give it up entirely. Like sex, its too damn much fun.

another great and informative blog!
but as you said, it does take time and effort that could be directed elsewhere...at the end of the day, do what you feel like doing, don't worry about anyone else, being selfish once in a while is great!
