Really, really pissed off...
I just returned the rental car to Enterprise, and confronted the manager at the desk about his guy running my card after I had told him there was nothing available in that account. I didn't see him run it... and didn't find out until I got home that he had--for $1, which led to a $25 overdraft fee.... Sign in to see full entry.
