I guess I would be annoyed as well...Nah that doesn't do it. Really really pissed off describes stupid uncaring behaviour much better my poor friend.

Appalling customer service! The trouble with all these outfits is that the quality of service varies tremendously from location to location...

We used to use Enterprise a lot... but times and attitudes change, and courtesy is no longer a value with the bright-eyed young business folk who now handle business at the counter.

I've never had any trouble with Enterprise, but then, it has been a while since I rented a car.
